Store Policies
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip.
The sender is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unopened merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card, less shipping charges.
No return of opened merchandise unless manufacturer defective. All returns of opened merchandise must be approved by manufacturer.
Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at Natural Health Place. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to.
